Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating journey at our Acupuncture + Sound Bath event, where the ancient healing arts of acupuncture and sound therapy come together for a deeply restorative experience.

Participants will be invited to lie down comfortably in a recliner as our acupuncturist gently places fine needles at key points to enhance relaxation and facilitate energy flow. Meanwhile, the enchanting sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and nature-inspired instruments will envelop the room, creating an atmosphere that promotes deep meditation and inner peace.

Each Acupuncture + Sound Bath will correlate with the Season & Element according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine calendar. Sessions will also include a small stone for you to have with you during the session, and then to take home afterwards. These stones are connected with the Seasons & Elements as used in Daoist Stone Medicine.

This unique combination of acupuncture, sound therapy and Daoist stone medicine aims to release blockages, reduce stress, and elevate your spirit. Join us for this transformative experience, and leave feeling renewed, centered, and deeply connected to yourself.

Your lymphatic system plays an important role in immune function, fluid balance, and your body's natural processes for removing waste. But unlike your circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn't have a central pump—movement of lymph depends in part on everyday things like breathing and physical activity.

Join Licensed Acupuncturist Teri Cook for an introduction to this fascinating and often-overlooked system and learn simple ways to support healthy lymphatic function at home.

We'll begin with an accessible overview of the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system: what it is, what it does, and why healthy lymphatic movement matters. From there, Teri will explore supportive self-care practices using herbs, food, lifestyle, and gentle physical techniques.

You'll also learn a 10-minute facial gua sha routine that you can incorporate into your own self-care practice. Each participant will receive a gua sha tool to use during the workshop and take home afterward.

You'll leave with a better understanding of your lymphatic system and practical ways to support it as part of your everyday routine.

Space is limited, so advance registration is recommended.
